Why can’t I sign in?

Once we receive your request for an account, a message will be sent to your email address to confirm your identity. This email will provide instructions for finalizing the creation of your account

What is the Quarantined Message Center?

The Quarantined Message Center is a web accessible interface to view spam and viruses which we have blocked from being delivered to your computer. Once you sign up for your free account with the Message Center, you will have the opportunity to manage your quarantined messages, including the ability to deliver messages you believe have been incorrectly marked as spam. Quarantined messages are stored for one week, then removed, so you have no need to sign in and delete your spam manually. The Quarantined Message Center is the ultimate tool for making sure that the only messages delivered to your computer are the ones you want.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password you simply click on the link on the main page and enter your email address. A new confirmation email will be sent to you so you can reset your password and sign in again.
